You are comepletely missing the point.
Firstly -
Secondly, most modern CSS hacks won’t validate - You can’t write complex CSS that works in all browsers without needing hacks (or any other workarounds). Try re-validating the individual CSS files linked to in the above ‘failed’ sites instead of the hack lists.

I’ve re-evaluated each of the individual (ie. stated CSS links within the source) style sheets, and these are the results.

Hi,
I don’t get it? I’ve just tested nickrigby.com and all the style sheets pass the test, apart from the main stylesheet that exploits an Internet Explorer 5 Windows parser flaw.
Or am I missing something?

You’re quite right, Nigel. Thanks for pointing it out.
I'm featured on and . At least for the CSS I'm pretty happy, considering the fact that I've put in quite a decent amount of effort in the new design. Ah well, I'm still no competition for the higher-ups.
Now for a brief HTML report card. This is inspired by May 9's of Pittsburgh-area web design firms, which in turn was inspired by Pixelworthy's of Philadelphia-area design firms. I've chosen more specific "sirs and dames" of the weblogging world, and, as usual, I have employed the use of the W3C and to assess each of the following in terms of HTML validity and CSS correctness.

So much for "Web standards-based design", Mr. Robinson.
I mean, come on. If you're that famous, at least it's nice to think that you actually care about validating and all. Oh well. That's how life is, I guess.
