As I wrote previously at the launch of Google Health, Google likes to take over life one step at a time in small, indiscernible sequences. Now, hail the arrival of , which is likely to draw the ire of commercial alternatives which provide the means to track audiences and tailor advertising accordingly. I'm expecting something akin to a souped-up version of Google Adsense's Conversion Tracking/Website Optimizer tools, together with Google Analytics.
