Dec 21, 2011 | Homemade infinity mirror (update)

I usually try to finish what I started and this time it’s taken me just over two years to finish writing up a relatively simple tutorial. I’ve long since had a bit of a fascination with things that relate to light, be it seaweed pod lamps or frosted ambient globes or infinity mirrors like the one below. (High on the list of fun things you can buy are the Sun and Moon Jars from ThinkGeek or the EL Wire from Amazon – that thing is black magic). I had originally thought of using Etsy to make these available as kits, but unfortunately I seem to have run out of a source of 3″ square boxes (Michaels doesn’t have them, and I am no longer within reach of an A.C. Moore), so, well, without further ado:
