Support- Editing title links

To edit the attributes surrounding the "main | archives | about", refer to the following in weblog-config.pl:

When the mouse isn't over the link:

$subttfontl for the font
$subtitlesizel for the size.
$subttcolorl for the color
$subttdecol for the font decoration
$subtitlewgl for the font weight

When the mouse is over the link:

$subtthfontl for the font
$subtitlehsizel for the size.
$subtthcolorl for the color
$subtthdecol for the font decoration
$subtitlehpwgl for the font weight
